Faculty Mentor Project
This project pairs new and early career educators with teachers in similar fields and positions to assist in guiding them through all aspects of naviagating acedemia. It creates a formal structure for the mentoring process and provides support in the form of supervision and new teracher resources. The project originally focused on tenure packages and review. Since taking over as the coordinator of the project I have expanded it to serve all types of teachers, including non-tenure track teaching lines, adjunct faculty and teaching staff.
